A trading band created by plotting the highest and lowest prices of an asset over a certain time period around the price of that asset.

The Turtle Channel plots the highest price from the prior x-number of trading days and the lowest price from the prior x-number of trading days as a channel around the prices.

Example:

For a 14-day Turtle Channel, it takes the highest high price from the prior 14 trading days, not including today, and the lowest low price from the prior 14 trading days, not including today. These numbers are used as today's channel above the price.

Default Parameters:

PeriodUpper (14) - the number of bars, or period, used to calculate the upper channel.
PeriodLower (14) - the number of bars, or period, used to calculate the lower channel.
Range: (High/Low) - Valid options are High/Low or Close. This is used to calculate the study based on the High/Low prices, or on the Close.
