The Seychelles Financial Services Authority (FSA) is an autonomous agency for non-bank financial services in Seychelles. It was established in accordance with the “Financial Services Authority Act 2013” to provide licensing, supervision and implementation of regulations for the non-bank financial services sector in Seychelles And compliance requirements, monitoring and supervising business behavior services. Regulated activities include trust services, capital markets and collective investment schemes, insurance, and gambling. FSA is also responsible for registering international business companies, foundations, limited partnerships and international trusts in Seychelles.
